Service Refund Policy

At ADAM, we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service and ensuring our customers leave our establishment satisfied. If for any reason, you feel that we did not meet your expectations, please review our service refund policy below:

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know before leaving the premises. We will do our utmost to rectify the situation immediately by offering a complimentary adjustment or correction within 7 days of your original appointment.

No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. Instead, we believe in resolving any dissatisfaction by providing adjustments, corrections, or alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Feedback Is Essential: We encourage and appreciate feedback. If you have concerns or are not satisfied, please communicate with us. This allows us the opportunity to understand and rectify any issues, ensuring it doesn't recur in the future.

Late or Missed Appointments: Clients who miss their appointments without giving at least 24 hours' notice will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This fee is not refundable. If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, to ensure timely service to our other clients, we might not be able to provide the complete service, and full charges will still apply.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, especially if staff or customers feel that the individual's behaviour is threatening or inappropriate.

Adjustment Period: If after your service, you feel that a minor adjustment or correction is needed, please notify us within 7 days of your initial appointment. We will be happy to make the necessary changes free of charge within this period. Adjustments requested after the 7-day window might incur additional charges.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your trust and strive to build a lasting relationship with all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about our service refund policy, please do not hesitate to speak to our management.

Product Refund Policy

Only Products purchased on the website can be returned to ADAM for a refund or an exchange. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be unopened and in their original condition. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, ADAM will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the products back to ADAM.
